I work with high school students, dual enrollment students, and college students who are capable but struggling with organization, follow-through, or overwhelm. Many of my clients want to succeed in college but feel stuck managing deadlines, starting assignments, or keeping up without constant reminders. This includes students with ADHD or executive function challenges—diagnosed or not—as well as students transitioning to college-level expectations. These challenges are common, and they can be coached.
